Testimonials
Bluegrass Army Depot
Bluegrass Army Depot received a project where cycle time was a HUGE issue. They hired another source to setup tooling and write the program for the turning center. Cycle time was just over 2 minutes and they needed to get it down to 1.5 minutes.
On my last day of training I proceeded to review the program, tooling, and process for this part. I set up an additional tool, altered the process and edited the program with the intent of reducing cycle time.
On our 1st part we achieved 1 min. 30 sec. cycle time on the money. Customer satisfaction!!

"I really enjoyed the course, it was very well explained and I feel so much more comfortable trying to run a CNC. In fact I welcome the challenge of learning more and operating a CNC. I wish the course was longer so I could learn more!"
"Course is in-depth and flexible enough to meet the needs of the trainees."
"Excellent structure to the course, but it remained flexible enough to delve into questions and get through the answers, then get right back on track."
US Army
Thank you, for the training
on the new machines. FYI--Bob Bohinski is running the machine today and
producing more chips than he's ever produced on a vertical. And he
isn't running anywhere near the machines capacity. He loves it!
